This ensures that customers receive the clarity, speed, and reassurance they need at a time that matters most.
For Zurich’s claims team, the platform delivers powerful operational benefits. The Claims Engine captures richer data and enables faster, more consistent decisions, while allowing Zurich to embed its own claims philosophy directly into the digital workflow. Teams can also configure and enhance journeys with minimal reliance on IT resources, demonstrating the system’s flexibility. The data and insights generated will continue to inform Zurich’s ability to refine its claims processes and elevate the overall customer experience.
